Inviting Guests to Train at the Ferguson Grounds
Members in good standing may bring guests to train with them. Guests must pay a $25 per day Guest Training Fee. Each guest is allowed to train with a member on one occasion per year, for up to two consecutive days, after which they are encouraged to become members of SFMRG.
As with anyone who enters the grounds, guests must sign the Hold Harmless Agreement and Agree to the Rules and Roles. Camping is available at no charge to members or reserved for non members (judges, workers, etc) by clubs holding events on the grounds. Guests who would like reserve a camping spot must join the SFMRG. Since there is no fee for camping, it is a well worth the membership fee. Camping spots used while training can also be reserved online. SFMRG only supplies electric hookups, no water or sewer. Camping during events is blocked out for the club holding the event for their judges and workers. Contact the club chairman for camping information during events. SFMRG is possible due to the generosity of the Ferguson family. The training areas are surrounded by agricultural fields operated by their family members. Please be mindful of all agricultural operations and courteous to those working. Farming comes first. Refer to Roles and Rules for more information. |
Do not leave any trash or dead birds on the grounds. Take everything away you brought. |
