SFMRG is conveniently located near I95 at exit 8 in Emporia Virginia. From Exit 8, turn left at the bottom of the ramp on route 301, Go about 1 mile and turn left onto Brink Rd. at the Husky convenience store. SFMRG is on the left about 4 miles down Brink Rd.
Emporia offers several reasonably priced hotels, and good local and chain restaurants near I95 Exit 11., It is a great place to stop to train or air on your trips North or South for training.
